Custom of the Week: Thousand Cranes

For those of you who missed last weekend’s announcement: #PonyFest13 has begun! If you’re an author of an original work of fiction and would like to win books and a custom pony based on YOUR novel (or novelette), check it out.

And now, on to today’s custom, which is so detailed I can’t even imagine how difficult it was to make! This is truly a work of art.

Thousand Cranes, by Nurse Thrice.

Look at the detail! Even the eye is so well done, and those are hand-made crane pins in her hair! Definitely click on the photo to see the larger size on Nurse Thrice’s DA page.

If you have a pony that you would like featured as a Custom of the Week, please email me: rebeccaenzor@gmail.com (I’m now accepting all customs, whether they be story-based or not!)

  1. This pony is exquisite!! I’d love to have one. Beautiful artistry. Thank you for sharing. I can only imagine how beautiful they are in person as pictures never catch the true beauty.
